We are proud to share that the NSCDA has been recognized internationally for our Case Management Certificate Training. The program has been selected as a 2026 ATD Excellence in Practice Award winner, recognizing learning programs that demonstrate strong instructional design, measurable impact, and real-world results.
For many, case management is part of everyday work. Whether you support clients through employment services, career development, community programs, or complex life transitions, strong case management skills help create more consistent, client-centred support.
Since 2018, hundreds of Career Development Professionals have completed the training. The course was developed to strengthen professional practice, improve consistency in service delivery, and support better client outcomes across the sector.
This recognition also builds on the program’s earlier international success as a Bronze Winner at the Learning Technologies Awards in London in 2025, highlighting the quality and impact of the training. |
