Financial Manager

Chantelle joined the NSCDA team in 2016 to manage the organization’s finances and provide aid to both membership and the certification program. As the organization has grown, she has focused on finances and membership. Chantelle enjoys hearing from members on how the organization can help make a positive impact in their professional lives. She brought with her twelve years of experience in financial management, board governance, ISO 2019 certification, project management and administration from both community economic development non-profit and career development sectors. She thinks that her most rewarding learning experiences often fell under the job category of “other jobs as needed,” which has led to a varied professional background. Her expertise has resulted in the continued growth of NSCDA assets, including introducing professional membership and client record management software. She works hard to ensure the NSCDA’s resources are relevant far into the future.
