This year’s Conference theme, From the Field, is a call to every career development practitioner doing the work every day—in schools, employment centres, community organizations, post-secondary institutions, government, and private practice. You’re the ones seeing what’s working, what’s changing, and what the field needs next. Now we want you to share it.

Whether you’re stepping onto the main stage as a keynote speaker or leading a breakout session, this is your opportunity to share your experience, your insight, and your voice with colleagues from across the career development community.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for presentations rooted in the real work of career development—practitioner to practitioner. Topics might include innovative service delivery, working with underserved or equity-deserving populations, labour market trends, technology and AI in career practice, professional certification (CCDP) and standards, employer engagement, partnerships, or lessons learned from the field.
