Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) learning plan

There is much to learn and a huge gap in today’s workplaces regarding understanding DEIB. This lifelong journey requires individual and organizational commitments to growth and betterment. The justification for this project comes from our workplaces, boards and committees, colleagues, and communities.

The NSCDA, in collaboration with Placemaking 4G, is developing a multi-module, self-guided learning experience that will deliver a mix of traditional DEIB learning along with a host of innovative concepts, approaches, activities, tools and strategies.
