Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency Training

The NSCDA has partnered with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency (NSAA) to provide two distinct online learning plans: One developed for Industry Training Consultants (ITC), and one developed for Customer Support Specialists (CSS). These online learning plans will be delivered via the NSCDA’s Learning Management System (LMS) and will be delivered in online training courses and scheduled trainer-lead sessions delivered via Zoom.

The training will:

  • Build awareness of case management and customer service practices.
  • Build knowledge of case management and customer service practices to better support apprentices, journeypersons, and employers.
  • Connect training directly to specific roles.
