Course Description:

Working with Employers training was designed to provide employers, and advisors to employers, with some key “Dos” and “Don’ts” of what we like to call Human Dynamics (traditionally called Human Resources). All organizations have a human component, and frequently it is the most complex system to navigate. The human dynamics component of every business runs through every department, every boardroom, and every production floor.

Course Structure:

Two self-paced online modules with an accompanying learner’s guide that includes reflection questions accompanying information for the three courses.

Module 1: The HR Factor (2 courses)
Module 2: Making Connections (1 course)
