ACHIEVE Trainer:

Angie is a Registered Psychologist, Consultant, Coach, and Trainer who has enjoyed a career in the operations of various professional services organizations. Angie has helped hire, deploy, manage, and coach teams of people who have worked on projects around the world. As an operations leader, she has developed a nuanced understanding of how to maximize work outcomes while also maintaining a healthy work environment. Her work has included activities to drive employee effectiveness, navigate workplace conflict, and create a culture of emotional intelligence. Angie believes that healthy workplaces grow from groups of people who can clearly articulate the goals of their organization – from individuals who can identify their contribution to those goals, to leaders who can clear the path for employees to achieve those goals. As a trainer, she partners with her learners by taking a curious, non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to support them as they create meaningful and lasting change.
