This month’s wellness package is designed to help members build steadiness and resilience amidst the stress and uncertainty of modern life.

 

Lecture: Creating Inner Stability in an Unstable World - A foundational introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Tom Wigan. This session is ideal for those new to mindfulness or seeking to deepen their practice with accessible tools for managing overwhelm and staying grounded.

 

Breathwork Session: Elements of Breath: Water - A guided breathwork journey with Brittanie Firth. Inspired by the Water element, this practice supports emotional regulation, inner calm, and nervous system stability. It’s a powerful tool for summer integration, offering both movement and mindfulness in one session. This is the first of four elements of breath you will receive. 

 

Movement Session: Dance-Inspired Cardio with Victoria Scully - A playful and energizing way to release tension and reconnect to joy through music, movement, and flow.
