Assessment

Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will follow the Assessment route. Minimum eligibility includes a minimum of three (3) years (approx. 5400 hrs) of relevant paid work experience in the career development field within the past five (5) years.

Career Pathways

If you are currently working in the field but have not accumulated sufficient experience and/or have competency gaps to be filled, the Career route option will allow you to pair with a mentor as you continue to acquire hours and skills.
