Candidates must meet all eligibility requirements including a minimum of three (3) years (approximately 5400 hours) of relevant paid work experience in the career development field within the past five (5) years. A second route, Career Pathways, is available to those who are working towards Assessment but don’t yet meet the eligibility requirements.
